Bottom line with Harrisburg University's Career Services Office, we work with experiential learning. We work with our faculty. We work with the school in a collaborative fashion to further the mission of Harrisburg University and professional development. We make sure that every student here at Harrisburg University is going to have the best experience possible in their professional journey. So we work to make sure that your resume and your cover letter are optimized to be marketable to go into the workplace. We do that through our seminar classes. And in that there's a lot of the meat and potatoes that all working professionals need to have. And we want to make sure that they have those tools at their disposal. Career Week is a great kind of collaborative effort between the school, our office, and our employers. And we really have these great events where it can be anywhere from having an employer panel talking about a major professional topic like resume development or what is in a compensation package beyond just the salary. And they're hearing this directly from HR managers, recruiters, and the employers that they very well may want to work for. Career Services has given me the tools and the means to walk into an interview with confidence. I have had the opportunity to work with Career Services to land an internship. And then take that internship and start working towards a career after graduation. You still have the opportunity to work with Career Services. They still offer you assistance, whether it's recommendation letters, whether it's updating your resume, whether it's recommending you to a new position, or landing your new position at this school.
